The Power of Consciousness

The following is an excerpt from: Consciousness – the Unified Field, by Keith R. Holden, MD www.wakingtimes.com. I highly recommend reading it in its entirety.

“It is the energy fields of fractal vectors that provide the information highway upon which consciousness travels, and when coherence patterns are formed in these fields, you will experience deja-vu, synchronicities, and even miracles. Keep in mind that the energy of consciousness is the major player in helping to create coherence.

I know, but wait! Don’t give up, keep reading.

Human thought forms, as a part of energy in consciousness, are some of the most influential of all energies in our cosmos, much greater than that of the combined energy of all the suns in our universe. This is because thought forms always contain consciousness, and consciousness is part of the original source energy for the existence of all that is.

“Human thought forms…greater than that of the combined energy of all the suns in our universe.” Wow!

Learning to harness the power of your thoughts through practices like meditation, contemplation, and prayer, along with increasing high vibrational thoughts associated with unconditional love and compassion will facilitate the Great Change in global consciousness. This Great Change is simply a remembering of this universal truth – we are all One Love.

We all originated from the same source of Love that permeates everything, and beckons us to reunite to create a new energy on earth. This new energy that will make war, famine, poverty, and strife something we only read about in history books, and will make us wonder – Why did we wait so long?”

Indeed, why have we waited so long? Because this process of learning to harness our own personal power first requires that we be aware of it, that we know our power. Our ego prefers to keep us in the dark about this sort of thing, prefers that we remain fearful and therefore powerless.

Ego keeps us focused on what we don’t want, keeps us constantly worrying about the issues: war, famine, poverty, strife, homelessness, illness, rather than that which we would prefer, the opposite of all of the above. We focus the equivalent energy of all the suns of the universe on what we don’t want!

The ego provides us with an endless list of things that must be done before we can sit down to meditate, and the act of contemplation looks an awful lot like doing nothing, which is completely unacceptable in our culture.

While the ego-voice constantly talks, incessantly tells us what to do and what not to do, we don’t have to listen. We always have a choice to be grateful, to act compassionately, to avoid judgment of others, to be gentle with ourselves, to focus our attention on that which we would prefer. In these ways, through these actions we will remember ourselves and our connection to each other through the One Love, the source of all.

Thank you, Dr. Holden for presenting this article.
